WELCOME to RU Rewards – previously known as the Eat Drink & Earn Club (the "Program") sponsored by Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. ("RU") to reward its guests for their continued loyalty. Read the following to learn how to earn and redeem Points, as well as the finer points of the Program's membership requirements ("Program Rules").

RU Rewards Membership benefits:
Acquire RU Rewards Points ("Points") redeemable for great rewards. Receive periodic promotional updates about special events and promotions we will run from time-to-time – many exclusively available to our RU Rewards Members. Member participation is required to qualify for additional bonus offers.

RU Rewards Membership requirements:
Be an individual over the age of 21 who is not an RU employee or a member of an employee's household. Register online OR via the RU Rewards mobile app by providing required information, including valid email address.

How to become an RU Rewards Member:
You can download the RU Rewards mobile app to join, OR sign up online at Please note that you won't be able to redeem points until you are registered. More registration information is provided below. Please register immediately. RU has no ability to honor or protect your Points until you register, even if you report a lost or stolen RU Rewards Membership Card.

How To Register:
You may join on the RU Rewards mobile app, which includes registration. If you already have a physical card that you haven't registered, then you'll need to create a new account in the app and enter the card number during registration or visit our website and follow the online instructions after choosing the "Register Existing Card" button. You will need to provide a valid email address and other information. The information provided during registration will not be sold or given to third parties (other than those who assist us in administering RU Rewards and agree not to use the information for any other reason). RU may use information you provide us for internal marketing research. Please refer to our Privacy Policy posted on the Program Website for more details.

By registering you are agreeing that you have read and accepted these Program Rules as they may be modified from time to time and published at Each time you participate in the Program in any manner (e.g. earning Points, redeeming Points, accessing our Website, mobile app, etc.) you are agreeing to the updated rules, so please take a look at the updated Program Rules regularly. If you choose "opt-in" and/or "allow" when you register, you are requesting that RU send you information about our special events and promotions via email or push notifications. You can always unsubscribe to the emails and push notices, but RU won't be able to tell you about RU Rewards benefits, send reminders about your Points and rewards or provide other important Program information. Please be sure to update your email address and personal information with any changes. Otherwise you may miss out on great benefits and other important Program information.

How to Monitor Your RU Rewards Account:
Once you are registered, your "Account" is created that tracks your Points earned, Dining Credits available, expiration dates and other activity. At any time after registration, you can log into your Account to review available Points, usage and other Account information.

How To Acquire RU Rewards Points:
Points are accumulated after you are assigned a Member number – either at the restaurant OR online OR via the RU Rewards mobile app – but remember you cannot redeem your Points for Rewards until you are registered. There is no limit to the number of Points you can earn or accumulate. Either present your Membership Card OR provide account info OR show the code on your mobile screen when you check-in with our app – with your payment for food and beverage at any RU participating restaurant, and Points earned for that purchase will be added to your Account.

Only the Member to whom the Membership is issued may earn Points. The Member must be paying for the food and beverage to earn Points. The Member name on the Membership Account must match the name on any credit card used for payment. Valid identification may be required. Memberships are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups. Reward Points are earned at the rate of one RU Rewards Point per dollar spent for food or beverage at a participating RU restaurant. No Points are earned for gratuities or taxes paid. Total checks will be rounded up or down to the nearest dollar for the purpose of calculating Points. Points are earned at the same rate when Restaurants Unlimited physical gift cards are purchased from RU for face value (either on RU website or from participating RU restaurants, but not when purchased through third party vendors like Costco). Points are not earned when gift cards, dining cards, or dining credits are redeemed. Restaurants Unlimited gift cards purchased through third party vendors like Costco cannot be redeemed to pay for contracted private dining events.

Two Ways to Redeem Points:
Your Points can be redeemed for Dining Credits, which can be redeemed at any participating RU restaurant. Here's how: Choose "Reward Yourself" on the RU Rewards mobile app. OR, if you don't have the app, log onto your registered account by visiting and choosing "Redeem Points". RU Rewards Points can only be converted/redeemed online OR via the RU Rewards mobile app. Redeeming Points is self-directed; i.e., the restaurant staff is not able to redeem your Points on your account. If you want to use your Points to dine at a participating RU restaurant, be sure to convert points into Dining Credits prior to paying your check. A minimum number of Points may be required to redeem for Dining Credits – our website will have the details. Be sure to ask your server to apply your Dining Credits to your bill before payment is processed. Dining Credits do not apply to Gratuity or Tax. Dining Credits must be redeemed within one year of the issuance date.


Your Points can be redeemed for promotional dining cards, or custom wine dinners ("Promotional Rewards") shown on our website.

Here's how:
Visit our website OR mobile app and review the great items available. Follow the online instructions for redeeming the Points and having your gift mailed. Redemption for certain prizes may require you to provide additional information as a condition to receiving the award.

The Fine Points:
Memberships, Points and Dining Credits are personal and non-transferrable. Eat Drink & Earn / RU Rewards Points/Dining Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. A minimum number of Points may be required to place a Rewards Order. Eat Drink & Earn / RU Rewards Membership and accrued Points may expire if there is no activity on the Membership Card for twelve months. If there is no Account activity (Points earned or redeemed) for any twelve month period, RU may void/cancel any Points and rewards associated with the Account. Upon such cancellation, no benefits associated with the Membership may be utilized. Membership Cards are neither credit cards nor gift cards. No laws, regulations or restrictions that apply to credit cards or gift cards apply to the Program or Membership Cards. Because Points and Dining Credits are stored on your Eat Drink & Earn Membership Card, treat it like cash.

If your Membership Card is lost or stolen (or your Membership number is known to others), call us on our weekday service line (877-997-3927). RU will attempt to transfer outstanding Points and Dining Credits to a new Membership account, but RU cannot guarantee a transfer. RU has no ability to protect your Points until you are registered, even if you promptly report a loss. RU is not responsible for Points and Dining Credits associated with lost or stolen Membership Cards.

Participation in the Program, including the accrual and redemption of Points, is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local tax liabilities associated with the accrual or redemption of Points or otherwise arising out of participation in the Program are the Member's responsibility. Ask your tax advisor for guidance. RU may, in its sole discretion, change the Program Rules and/or any other rules governing the Program, including those relating to the accrual, use and benefits of Points, at any time with or without notice. This means, among other things, (1) that the accumulation of Points in connection with purchases at participating RU restaurants or otherwise in conjunction with the Program does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such Points; (2) any potential benefit or Reward offered pursuant to the Program may be withdrawn or subject to new restrictions at any time; (3) RU may add or withdraw participating restaurants (visit the Program Website for a list of current participants) and to change the selection of available rewards or stop offering any particular reward at any time; (4) any potential benefit or reward offered pursuant to the Program may be withdrawn or subjected to new restrictions at any time; (5) all rewards and other benefits available through redemption of Points or otherwise in connection with the Program are subject to availability; (6) if a Reward is unavailable after the Reward is ordered in a redemption transaction, your only remedy will be for the appropriate number of Points to be restored to your Account. RU reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Information about unredeemed Points and other termination processes and rights will be posted on the RU website in the event of a termination.

RU has the right to monitor all activities relating to your participation in the Program. If required by applicable law, if you violate any of these Program Rules or the terms and conditions of an offer related to the Program or otherwise improperly interfere or tamper with the operation of the Program or if your Account or Card usage shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, RU may freeze or close your Account, rescind any Points, or take such other action as it deems appropriate. If you have engaged in any fraudulent activity, RU reserves the right to take legal action. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to RU and/or any third party vendors, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future.

All decisions regarding the operation of the Program will be made by RU in its sole discretion. You are responsible for reading and complying with these Program Rules and the terms and conditions of any offer related to the Program. RU may provide additional information concerning the Program, such as FAQs, on the Program Website from time to time. All such additional information is provided subject to these Program Rules, and in the event of a conflict these Program Rules will control.

Dining Credits cannot be used to purchase RU Dining Gift Cards. Discounts or offers may be provided to you from time to time in connection with the Program. All discounts or offers will be subject to these Program Rules and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each discount or offer, including expiration dates. The terms and conditions governing third party offers and discounts are solely the responsibility of the third party.

RU makes no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the Program or any Dining Credit or Promotional Rewards. RU will have no liability for any delay in or failure of delivery of goods or services, whether by RU or by a third party, relating to your redemption of Points. By participating in the Program, you release RU from all claims and liability of any kind regarding the accrual, crediting and/or use of Points, the receipt or use of any Reward, or otherwise arising from or in connection with the Program. RU makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the rewards or any other benefits, products or services that may be offered through the Program or information provided by third party product and service providers. RU has no liability for any products or services provided by third parties, or for any errors or omissions in any materials supplied by the third parties or for any failure by any product or service provider to honor any applicable discount. In no event will RU or any third party vendor be liable to you, or anyone claiming through you, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of the acts or omissions of RU in connection with the Program. Only the individual in whose name an Account is registered will be entitled to access that Account. However, RU complies with court orders and subpoenas and cooperates with investigations by state and federal agencies. If requested by such authorities, your Account information may be shared with others with or without your knowledge or consent.
